Excellent hotel super location overlooking the port. We had a sea facing superior room which was really worth the extra cost. We were out of season so free parking directly in front of the hotel was always available. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet worth the cost. Centrally located in a pleasant Port town surrounded by very good seafood restaurants with extraordinarily helpful and friendly staff. The room was of a very high standard, extremely comfortable with superb views over the Port. There were excellent parking facilities.

The place is wonderfully decorated and immediately gives you the feeling of being welcome. The gardens are gorgeous and there are two lovely dogs and cats who also welcome you, apart from the owners and their daughter. Impressive from the outside and even better within with friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful bar / sitting area with a range of art to look at. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely en-suite. The spa facilities were spotless & there's a lovely pool area. The old city is literally on the doorstep waiting to be explored -

I liked everything about this delightful place. We arrived later than expected as we took the wrong road & the host was waiting for us. A place of serenity, beautiful flowers all around, classical music with our bread & jam for breakfast, delightful beds, etc. The hosts were warm & friendly. -

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke excellent English.
Rooms were very spacious and clean, and the king sized bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in.

For me it was situated ideally within five minutes walk from the abbey which is the single attraction of the small community of Jumieges. We went as a group of 16 adults. Each and every one of us really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful, very friendly and as we had 8 Ferrari in out group, really helped make sure our cars were safe and secure at night. The breakfast was good. None of us had a problem with the price of it. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as we were lucky enough to have great weather for the weekend ! All in all, cant fault it !

Very good food in the restaurant and good value for money - truly 4* hotel-so often nothing like the blurb put out elsewhere we have stayed over the years.Everything was without fault,even the fragrance in entrance lobby was stunning.Breakfast was excellent quality,even coffee was the real stuff-not always given to you in France nowadays.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. They were very accommodating and stored our cycles safely, even getting them out in the morning for us for the early ferry. The bedroom was clean and equipped with toiletries. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent location for the beach, shops, ferry etc.
