We LOVED this accommodation. We had a deluxe double room with a balcony overlooking the garden. The building was a grand old house and the room enormous and filled with traditional character and had a smart modern bathroom. The staff were extremely kind and friendly and were not at all bothered when we arrived very late and checked in at 11.30pm.

Host and manager very charming. We were made to feel relaxed and completely at home. We had the use of a kitchen, frig etc. Comfy beds and lots of charm in the old villa. 10 mins. Walking to town, and then returning to a tranquil environment, only thing missing would be a pool in the summer! I would recommend this place to anyone.

During my stay in France, I have visited Avignon, Gordes, Cassis, Luberon, Marseilles and Aix-en-Provence. Auriol is still my first choice!

We loved the personal atmosphere, the caring land lords, the brilliant and lovely location and the spectacular view over the valley. Also, the pool is a big asset.
The location is perfect for a romantic short or mid term break in Provence and even beaches are not far.

Cote Lourmarin is a gem. We stayed in the smaller of the two rooms and it was perfect. The queen bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious (shower only in this bath, but the larger room has a bath tub and a shower). Each room also has its own toilette. The house has been beautifully renovated by the owner, Christine. We have visited the village of Lourmarin many times but this was our first trip during the winter.
