The owner/staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal or walikng into town center. The Voillle Sailing Regatta was in full swing...very exciting! My wife and I loved the owners resident dog and 21 year old cat! Breakfasts were delicious...the pool inviting! The outside bar fun!! We will definitely go back to this wonderful hotel. -

The hotel and grounds were beautiful. We felt like we stepped back in
time. The staff were gracious and helped with everything we needed,
including securing a rental car (which was delivered to the hotel for
us) for day trips to Monte Carlo and St. Tropez. Our room (junior suite)
was perfect for us Americans who are used to more space and privacy

Our family had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious and
comfortable. The spa was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and offered
a huge variety for our teenagers with varying tastes. The staff was
friendly and helpful. They even gave us 4 large bottles of water as we
were leaving when they heard us talking about needing to find a store to
buy

Room interior was superb with great selection of bath amenities.
Gym was well equipped and pool facilities were extensive including steam room and sauna.

This was my second stay at La Mirande, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The staff is exceptional and very willing to help in any way. We used Avignon as our base to travel all around Provence and felt we were returning to a quiet home estate at the end of each day. Beautiful surroundings and the melodic ringing of bells is simply perfection.

Le Grand Hotel in Cannes is a great hotel with warm and welcoming staff. The location is superb and the rooms were spacious and very clean. We loved it. And, this was at least our tenth trip to Cannes but a first at this hotel. We had a sea view and a city view room and they were both wonderful. Don't expect Las Vegas type of new super buildings.

Everything except location but if you don't mind taking a free (till 00:00) shuttle (Audi q7 or BMW x5) from the hotel to the city centre or beach it is perfect.
