The staff were happy to help at all times, they recommended excellent local restaurants and facilities. The room (duplex apartment) was perfect for two adults and three young children (not babies as the kids bedroom is on a mezzanine with steep stairs) the apartment was well equipped and nice and clean. Excellent big room with comfortable beds and soundproofing (we had a room overlooking what was a busy road in the morning). Good situation for all local facilties. Wi-Fi worked fine. Free parking always available. Clean, functional hotel. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely,quiet and beautiful location,really enjoyed our recent stay, will definitely go back, perhaps in the summer. We used it as a base for our ski holiday,resorts 20 mins (Sambuy)to approx 50 mins away( Grand Bornand and La Clusaz) -

The restaurant was one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of eating in! Helpful and friendly staff. Modern comfortable and clean fresh room with superb views. Ski in and out (if you turn left out of hotel) -
Room in the lodge part of hotel very good with own small pool, sauna and hammam. Good breakfast selection. Friendly but reserved staff.

Perfect location, very friendly staff, excellent cuisine. - Its only a short walk to the cable car up to the ski lifts. They have a fat old bulldog that sits around a licks the carpet. big plus.
