The staff were really friendly, they had lots of information/leaflets for tourists and, as someone who has never visited Troyes (but have wanted to for years) I was thrilled with the hotel's proximity to the charming, historic city centre. The hotel was very clean, welcoming and accommodating. I was travelling with my family and we needed to break up the journey. Great place to stay, calm and with a garden where the kids could play after dinner and a long day sitting in the car. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
