la situación - the room, garden, the whole hotel - Good spacious rooms. comfortable stay with a 7 year old child. very convenient to get into cannes centre by bus as bus stop was right outside the hotel

Such a nice place to stay!!!! We travelled with the whole family, so we stayed in the biggest room on the top floor. It was so so so excellent!!!!! Could have the view directly to the historical street and the harbor as well. The stuff is quite helpful and friendly. Everything was so perfect and we enjoyed every minute in Residence Bouttau. The apartment was of a good size, with separate bedroom and combined living room/kitchenette. The location is very close to the promenade and the shopping and tourist centre of the town (5 mins to beach, 2-15 mins for all major tourist areas). Bars and restaurants right outside the door. No parking on site but there are several car parks near by w

Apartment was clean and had sufficient space for a family. Ac worked
fine. No traffic noice. Information up front (1 week before) and during
the stay (by email) was good. Very central location, 1 minute to grocery
store, 1 minute to local market with fruit and vegetables, 2 minutes
walk to main shopping street and 5 minute walk down to the sandy beaches
of Cannes. Lots of restaurants and cafes close to Florella Marceau.
Price/quality is good.

We liked the helpful/friendly staff and the well designed accommodation with external roller shutters for added security; together with the swipe card access system.The swimming pool was an added bonus.Very laid back atmosphere all round. Very nice place 3 min from the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès or if
you prefer the beach or the Croisette... Huge apartment with two
jacuzzis, one in the master bathroom and one on the huge terrace. Very

The hotel had a private parking (which is a big plus) and while it was a little bit off from the city center, the walk to the beach and the central restaurants took only 10 minutes. The room was really large (larger than in photos). The manager is very polite and pedantic. -

We had booked the 3 bedroom and the 2 bathrooms maisonaite-apartment at the 3rd floor. It didnt face the avenue so it was really quiet.
Spacious and comfortable more than we expected considering the price.

Very very helpful and extremely efficient staff/owners. The owners are very smart people who have planned everything perfectly for the visitor to have a superb stay. I would never stay anywhere else in Cannes! Very much worth it and very friendly, smart, well-organized people who make your stay the best possible experience!

The room is cozy, fully equipped, convenient. Not far away from the railway station (2 mins walk), and 5 mins walk to the city center and beach.
