Patrick es un genio, te hace sentir en tu casa, lo cual es fundamental cuando estas en el extranjero, el departamento tenia de todo, hasta nos puso un vino de cortesia! Me ayudo en un problemita que tuve, siempre muy cordial y dispuesto a lo que sea, est'a cerca del puerto, hay varios restorans, panaderias y pueden ir caminando a la ciudad vieja.

This place is amazing. It is not a hotel, but private accommodation where you will feel like at home. Owner is very helpful - explained everything about traveling and living in and around Nice.The place is so cute - small and cozy flat with lining room, one bedroom and kitchen where you will find all appliances you could think of! Wellcome bottle of wine, water, tomatoes! Spices, oil, balsamico, basil, recipe books - just get inspired and cook! TV, air-con, even beach towels! Location is perfec - Everything!!!!! This place is awesome and we found nothing negative. The staff is super kind and friendly and the apartment is situated perfectly and it's very clean and nice place to spent your time in Nice!

The location is remarkable. 5 minutes walk to the castle, the house next door is the church itself, so you live in a village and within 5 minutes you go down to Nice or elsewhere.

nicest people you can meet in South of France.
Sous l'Olivier is at the end of a windy road, a 5-10 minutes drive from the center of Menton. There is a shortcut if you are on foot.
