We loved the room and the pool and the restaurant and the location - the
staff are friendly and create a great ambience. Special mentions to the
concierges Patrick & Ferdinand, to JeanLouis the sommelier, Guillame
the maitre d' and the musicians who entertain at night. Also the
room maids who do not wake you up early to clean the rooms! -

Bedrooms a bit small but beautifully decorated if you like oldfashioned furnishings.
The concierge very knowledge and keen to advise.
Very good spa but not many guest there during our stay.

The owner/staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal or walikng into town center. The Voillle Sailing Regatta was in full swing...very exciting! My wife and I loved the owners resident dog and 21 year old cat! Breakfasts were delicious...the pool inviting! The outside bar fun!! We will definitely go back to this wonderful hotel. -

Upon arrival, which was very late at night we were shown to our room which only had twin beds. At once the receptionist apologised and asked us to wait in the room for a few minutes, while he went away to see if he could locate for us a double room. were leaving when they heard us talking about needing to find a store to

From our experience in France we find that there can be a communication problem. We did not have that problem at all at the Hotel Ambassadeur and everyone was so friendly. - Despite it being peak season and it being a fairly large hotel, there was plenty of room to move around freely and not feel cramped
