  It's a beautiful hotel with lovely loft rooms in a nice little town. I loved that each of the 3 rooms we had was slightly different. The lobby and breakfast areas are very charming and homey. All 5 of us simply loved the place. - I liked everything about Le Lion d'Or.

  Madame Ghislain, who runs Ferme de Geffosse, is lovely and most welcoming. We stayed in the 2 bedroomed apartment which is part of a 300yr old building. It was fully equipped, clean, comfortably furnished and full of character with original beams throughout. The manor grounds are lovely and we made full use of the bbq area and gardens. A great change from standard hotels with a veranda in the sunshine and donkeys and sheep to look out on. (even a pair of Little Owls. Breakfast was worth having, with fresh croissants and an attentive host.
