Les Abbesses appartment was in an excellent location. Two minute walk from Abbesses Metro station. (Small park beside Abbesses metro with a wall that has I love written in many different languages). The area is lovely 10minute walk to the Sacre Coeur Cathedral which has a beautiful view at night. 5min walk to the busy red light district of Moulin Rouge. There were many superb bisros, patisseries and little shops right on your doorstep. Big supermarket near Pigalle metro which is about 5mins wal. todo comentarios »
The location was perfect. Right on Rue des Abbesses with a view of the
street from several windows. Easy walking distance to the Sacre Coeur
and easy access to several metro stops.
Full kitchen with a small washer, couches and a separate bedroom. All of the amenities were in good condition and made a great place to relax for the night or spend an early evening sipping wine overlooking the street before going out for dinner.
Les Abbesses is an excellent apartment. There was plenty of room for my 2 daughters and myself. Great wifi, excellent kitchen and the location is the best in Paris. Montemarte is amazing, as soon as you walk out onto the street, you have fantastic little cafes and wine bars. Very petite cafes, great atmosphere, very happening. We had a great time, Amina was very friendly.
Very nice lady which ive a keys.. She was late a bit first day but after she let us stay maximum time in apartment until a flight.. Best regards for this lady.. Never in my life i wasn't meet so good and warm person. Also nice and cute appartment.
The owners of the apartment were very friendly and nice people. The apartment has a very centralized location close the bars, cafes, Mouline Rouge and Sacre Coeur. Highly recommended.
Was just perfect, you feel very much welcome at this place. It is a beautiful location and the apartment offers everything you need. I will definitely go there again.

I can only say that some new mugs are needed for the kitchen as they were chipped.
You need to wire a 30% deposit within 10 days of booking and there's
also a 70% refundable deposit that needs to be paid in cash at the time
of check in.
Old house and a lot of noises from street and from another appartments. No conditioner.
To find a parking slot nearby was not easy; but to be honest this is a general problem of Paris.
didnt bother me but light sleepers might find the busy road noisy also the deposit of 120 euros upon arrival seemed steep especially as in the print out it says a fee of 40 euros will be payable upon arrival.
