The location is stunning with brilliant views. Rooms are extremely comfortable. Hosts Michael and Jean are outstanding, funny, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Can't recommend Mas des Oliviers highly enough.

The staff was very friendly, though the English was not perfect it was enough to settle things we needed. The room was very clean and comfy, with a separate entrance and a small garden before. Wanderfull place. Very quiet! Location is very ussefull for car
traveling. There is parking place free! (In Nice, Cannes parking places
are very expensive).

We both really loved the place - me and 16-yr old daughter - perfect! Relaxed atmosphere, slightly run-down but beautiful house. Even a family of 5 kittens running around. Great breakfast, fan in room, kitchen facilities, location on central tram route and a 15 min walk from station, quiet - excellent - thank you! -

We came to Nice for honeymoon and originally I booked a hotel by the
beach, till I saw Villa Vermorel's breathtaking scenary from our
bedroom. Thegreat service of the host and her cute granddaughter made
our stay really memorable. We also had a good chat with the guests of
the other room and it felt like a family. Nice port and old town is just
25 minutes away on foot, so we were happy to be able to exercise a bit
off the great food here. All in all I would highly recommend this place
to anyone

Room with a Vue was a fantastic place to stay. Rooms were great and the unique bathrooms make it an interesting stay. The staff were most friendly we found during our month in Europe. Room with a Vue was a great place to stay. We had a lovely room with a comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and a beautiful chandelier. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Fred went out of his way to make our stay really enjoyable! Breakfast was included and very delicious. Location was perfect- situated in the old town with great restaurants at our doorstep and the beach a street away. If returning to Nice I would definitely stay here again!!

Annie was the most helpful and friendly host, very down to earth. I
needed help to get a bus ticket which she helped me with. She also took
me to catch the bus the following morning at 6:30 am, for which I am
extremely grateful. The room was large, with wifi, bathroom, comfortable
bed, and a nice view from the window. Annie gave me information on how
to catch the buses to and from the ancient area.
