The tram/metro just down the road was a real bonus for getting in and out of - The couple who own the property could not have been more delightful, generous and helpful. Finding the place and then parking are not easy but if you make sure the owners know in advance they will organise it. The villa is 2 mins walk from the metro so access to city centre is easy. Room and facilities were beautifil and so peaceful!

  La habitación estaba muy bien decorada, con todo nuevo y con mucha luz. La ubicación es muy buena en el centro de Rouen y cerca de todo lo un hay que visitar. La dueña del hotel es encantadora, nos recomendó visitas para realizar y cuida mucho la calidad del servicio que presta. El desayuno fue excelente, un hotel muy recomendable! - Es un hote... lo que la gente dice » lito es una plaza semipeatonal de dificil acceso con coche. Sin el Tom Tom imposible llegar. El hotel no llegué a verlo ya que nos alojaron en un edificio a quince metros. Entrabas con un código, subías un piso andando y ya estabas. Habitación correcta. Ducha estupenda.

  This is a one-room "hotel" located in central Rouen. Daniel met us and escorted us to the parking garage, and walked our traveling companion to another nearby hotel. He provided good information about Rouen and a nice walking tour for the day we had to visit. The room, with shower, was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was great, too, with fresh croissants - Location was superb. Daniel, the owner, was very accommodating and spoke good English. Room was comfortable, warm and had good ensuite facilities. Wi fi worked first time. Good simple French breakfast included. Check out was midday but we could leave our luggage til later.
