el hotel parece 5 estrellas, el trato es muy bueno y la habitación es excelente - nos dieron una habitación con la alfombra inundada!!! Después nos cambiaron de habitación, al día siguiente, al parecer el aire acondicionado tenía problemas y por eso estaba mojada la alfombra.

el trato del personal - La cercania del aeropuerto. El personal muy atento y amable, rapido en la asignacion de habitaciones. Excelente hotel si se esta de paso por el aeropuerto.

I stayed there for one night, between a TGV train and early morning flight. I got a very discounted rate (38euros), and so was prepared to put up with almost anything. The hotel buses are on the 5th floor at CDG--take the RED and YELLOW bus for this hotel. The signs are not well marked. The hotel is the second stop, travel time around 15 minutes.

First of all - the staff: smiling, very nice and helpful!
I arrived late (around 11.30 PM) and I was hungry. Despite the closure of the nearby Campanile restaurant, they served me a full meal! Same for breakfast - I had to leave very early (before 6.00 AM - opening breakfast at Première Classe), they suggest me to take the breakfast a the nearby Campanile (starts at 5:00).
The hotel is 10 minutes by shuttle from the airport! Very simple and fast!

We stayed there for one night, the parking so close to the room which made things easier since traveling with kids, the hotel was around 10 minutes drive from parc Asterisk which was our destination the next morning.
The room was new, so the smell of fresh paint was a bit strong but not annoying. -
