Everything you'd expect from a Holiday Inn. Clean, friendly employees, felt very safe. We were just passing through, so the location was great as it's just across the street from the central train station, which also has the metro, so you can get to anywhere else in the city from there with a quick subway ride. -

The room had everything we needed, a good size bed, a kitchen with everything to cook, and a great bathroom even with a clothe dryer. It was very clean and comfortable. Location was great if you travel in or out of the city at a late time, just across the train station, a bit far from the centre though (around 20-30 min walk). -

location was ideal, the rooms are generous with a mini kitchen etc and
very quiet.It was very hot so the aircon was great too. An easy walk to
the port and a cheap taxi home. The staff were very helpful too.

Great location - 3 minutes from the central train and bus station Saint Charles.
The room was tiny but clean, everything was in a very good condition. The room is equipped with a fan, aTV, a tea/coffee set including a kettle.
The reception works 24h.
Excellent value for money, would recommend Terminus Saint Charles to everyone. -

The double room with en suite was immaculately clean and it had a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked very well. The staff were lovely, very helpful. Internet access was free. The hotel is just across the road from the main train station (St Charles) and next door to the best patisserie in Marseilles. -

This hotel is located in front of the historical steps of SNCF station. You can enjoy beautiful steps if you don't mind to bring with the baggage.

precio y uicacion - La amabilidad de los empleados, super disponibles y atentos... nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitabamos y fueron excelentes guias para hacernos conocer la ciudad, en la cual estuvimos muy poco tiempo. ademas el hotel esta super cerca de la estacion de tren, asi que es comodisimo para los que utilizan este medio para llegar/irs

Perfect Location & Value for Money. Both the old port and the train station are only a ten minute walk. Very nice and helpful staff. Clear and clean room. Free WIFI. The breakfast was fine as well, wide choice, fresh and yummy food. I would be happy to recommend this hotel. -

Really good hotel. The breakfast was my favorite so far with the budget hotels I've been in... really good value there! The location is VERY good as well. 1. Design and freshness, room equipment. The building was renovated. Everything is fresh and rooms are small, but not seems so a cause of smart design. Teapot helps save money for breakfast and supper. Towel electric heater helps to use fresh towel on the beach everyday.
3. Location. 5 min from rail st and airport shuttles. 2 min to the bus to go

The hotel was very comfortable and centrally located. The staff was great as well as the breakfast. Lovely room, very comfortable, yet on the small side, but all that was needed. My room was extremely quiet, did not hear anything at all, perhaps because I was on the top floor. Was surprised that it was so quiet because I was on the front side of the hotel on a very busy street
