exellent location in the heart of Montparnasse, in a lively neighborhood with iconic Parisian streetscapes. Just a hop, skip and a jump from the Montparnasse station, one metro line stops right at the corner and many more within a block's distance. Friendly English-speking and helpful staff, breakfast delivered to the room, nice and clean rooms, good bath; my room had a great balcony to sit in and breath the city air. Me ha gustado mucho. - El personal del Hotel muy simpático y atento. La ubicación es buenísima ya que está a 30 metros de la boca de metro, y en esa estación de metro hay 2 líneas lo que hace que esté muy bien comunicado. La zona es tranquila y se puede llegar por la noche sin miedo ni problemas. Las habitaciones están limpias y el baño también.

la atencion del personal - A pesar de que sólo estuve una noche, destacaría la amabilidad de la gente, y que pese a ser un hotel de dos estrellas tenía conexión wi-fi y estaba muy limpio.

Excelente trato a pesar de no hablar español y poco ingles. La habitación muy limpia y cómoda para ser pequeña. La ubicación no es la mas turística pero vale la pena recorrer la Rue Daguerre y sus ricos cafés, pastelerías y mercados. Cerca esta la estación de Metro Denfert-Rochereau que tiene conexiones a toda la ciudad. Lo recomiendo 100%! -

We paid a bit extra for the 7th floor suite, well worth it, the staff were extremely helpful & the rooms serviced every day.breakfast was typical French but filling.
Only 4.5 ks from the Eiffel Tower & the same from the louvre.
Probably one of the cheapest hotels in Paris.

Excellent staff, young, kind and eager to help. Beautiful, modern design. WiFi everywhere in the hotel was very helpful.Great location, a minute walk from the metro station Pernetty. Nice neighbourhood with a lot of bakeries and a couple of very nice restaurant solutions that were much less expensive than the ones in the center. Overall a great choice! We will definately stay there again our next time in Paris.

The location is great, it is close to Montparnasse and is not too far from two metro stations. The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms are small but clean and have everything you need for a short stay. Excelent value for the money.

Excellent English speaking staff and the hotel is very centrally located. As is typical of Parisian hotels in this category, the rooms are small and the breakfasts are overpriced. entrace is right at an exit of metro station Denfert-Rochereau (M 4 and 6), and and orlybus station. RER station (which is accessible) also just across a street which makes it very easily accessible via cdg orly airport and just about anywhere else.
