We stayed at Mama Shelter - Marseille for 2 nights. The rooms itself were full of light and very clean. It is modern and styled for the minimalist, but you pretty much have all you need. We stayed in this great apartment on the 4th floor of this building.
The building does not have a lift and the circular staircase can be quite tricky with lots of luggage.
But once you have reached your apartment it is totally worth it.
The 2 downstair bedrooms and bathroom facilities are very clean and comfortable. Then one more flight of stairs

Great location close to Vieux Port and L'abbaye St.Victor with easy access to good local shops. Rooms large and tastefully decorated with lovely pictures and unusual objets d'art. Quiet courtyard garden for breakfast and relaxing. Mme. Depieds very helpful. Recommend Bar de l'Abbaye round the corner for quick but good lunch and wonderful sunset views in the evening.
