  Michael has been a very responsive and attentative with all my questions. Even though he couldn't greet me in person while he is out of town. He gave clear instruction and follow ups when check in and out of the apartment. The apartment is spacy and just like the picture he posted online. Nice, quiet residential area, but a little far removed from the main tourist areas (nearest, @ 1 mile walk to the Eiffel Tower). Places to eat nearby, small groceries near as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they spoke very good english. It was closed to the metro, supermarket, restaurants and central to all the attractions.
