Super location: It is in the direct line between the railway station and the beach. We can easily walk from the station to the hotel (5 minutes with a down hill) and then walk down to the beach (8 minutes maximum) to enjoy the beautiful sea view. A supermarket is just one block away. I highly recommend it if you want to use Nice as a base to travel to nearby cities like Cannes and Monaco by train. We stayed here only for the last night of our holiday, because it was very near the Railway Station (we had no car) and the stop for the Airport bus was only 50 metres from the door. So it was an ideal departure point. We enjoyed a short swim in the pool on level 1.
We did not have breakfast. -

Hotel is clean, comfortable and friendly staff, not luxurious but forthe price it was certainly great value. Location is superb, cafe'sand shops on the doorstep, 5 mins walk from the Promenade de Anglais,old town ten mins away. Didn't have any food - went to theBoulangerie across the road. All in all an excellent little hotel -ticked all the boxes.
