Super location: It is in the direct line between the railway station and the beach. We can easily walk from the station to the hotel (5 minutes with a down hill) and then walk down to the beach (8 minutes maximum) to enjoy the beautiful sea view. We stayed here only for the last night of our holiday, because it was very near the Railway Station (we had no car) and the stop for the Airport bus was only 50 metres from the door. So it was an ideal departure point. We enjoyed a short swim in the pool on level 1.

Hotel is clean, comfortable and friendly staff, not luxurious but forthe price it was certainly great value. Location is superb, cafe'sand shops on the doorstep, 5 mins walk from the Promenade de Anglais,old town ten mins away. Didn't have any food - went to theBoulangerie across the road. All in all an excellent little hotel -ticked all the boxes.

Apartment was les orchidees (or a name like that cant remember exactly), when we initially booked i looked up the apartment we had been assigned and emailed them saying we requested a change of apartment - which they did with no issues. Check in and out no probs, as others stated be aware you need to clean apartment (or pay high fees fir housekeeping). good location. Very well stocked apartment (all cleaning products, tea coffee etc).
