Su personal, la relación calidad/precio, servicios e instalaciones. - lo q mas me ha gustado la cocinilla de la habitacion,q estaba todo muy limpio y la cercania del metro poara visitar Paris.El personal del hotel sabia hablar en castellano lo cual facilita la estancia a la hora de q te den informacion sobre la ciudad y como llegar a los sitios.

Price/quality great, hotel is just as good as many other 4 star for half of price. Big room and I got a kingsize bed. Friendly reception, multi-lingual also dutch. - The ease of getting around paris from the hotel. The metro is right out side the hotel front doors and on a main line direct into Paris centre.

After reading reviews about the neighborhood I was actually a little scared to stay here. However, we had no problem. The area is just outside of Paris and 15 min walk to the metro and a 20 min ride in. I have stayed in Paris multiple times and have stayed in the city. Good value. Area is not too bad, but we caught a taxi from the tube station in the evening as we weren't too sure where to go. But at 6:30am the next morning we walked it bk to the tube. Area can be intimidating. As always you need to be aware of your surroundings

I liked the location because it's next to 2 metro stations... if you are arrivng by train the easiest way is to take the metro from Gare du nord to gare du l'est and you are right at the hotel's street. the breakfast is pretty much the same every day, but very good for starting the day. The hotel is very clean and also close to a small supermarket

Excellent breakfast and they have a nifty espresso machine that has the
full range of drinks. Room was clean and comfortable. Located very close
to the Metro station and on the quiet side of the rail station. Wifi
