El personal muy amable. Tuvimos una habitación en el último piso, que fue la delicia de nuestra hija pues era dúplex, la 404. - La ubicación es perfecta, y el personal muy amable. La habitación es muy amplia, pero le falta algo de decoración en paredes. El desayuno está bien, pero podría estar mejor por el precio que pagas.

There was a slight mix up with our reservation, but the staff went over and above to resolve the issue, and even gave us an upgrade "for all the troubles." They were very pleasant and helped us plan our day. The location was perfect, right near the river, walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and tourist attraction. Breakfast was very good.

La atención del recepcionista fue excepcional - Cercania al centro de la ciudad existe un carril bici que puedes ir andando al centro en 15 minutos. En la recepcion tienen mapas y son muy amables te explican como puedes ir o bien andadando o con el tranvia que esta mu cerca y si quieres ir en coche no son mas de 3 kilometros al parking de la plaza
