I read a lot of reviews about this hotel before booking. Some negatives
that stood out in the reviews I read was the poor customer service,
shuttle hours stopping at 11:30pm so guests were not making it in time
after the firework show at Disney, pool not being open, air
conditioning not working, and the self-catering kitchen only having
place sett

The hotel is a good place to stay if you plan to visit Disneyland. Not
too bad if you want to visit Paris, as the metro takes 40 minutes (week
pass is advised). The additional sofa bed was very cozy and comfortable
(my daughter loved it) and the full-wall windows (and the curtains) gave
the room a very good look. The separation between main bedroom and the
rest of the room was very ideal for couples with young children. The
breakfast was good (not lavish, but good). The hotel almost had all

The room was spacious and very nicely decorated, but had 2 floors, with
many stairs in between. The baby cot had actually no mattress, which was
a shame. Reception staff ladies were very nice pleasant and
professional, but the night receptionists (2 men) were almost rude when
we'd asked for extra towels. Breakfast was poor, with very few

We went for a weekend trip at Disneyland with some friends the hotel was quite close to Disneyland 3-5 min trip with the car. The hotel was super it has all the facilities for a 4 star hotel and very clean. The staff where not so good English speakers but they tried their best so nothing to comment. Breakfast its ok for France so its worth it. They have a very good equipped gym, a nice SPA and the parking was free. You have a good equipped kitchen in every room ! A pleasant and a clean hotel.

Las instalaciones y el servicio de autobuses hacia la estación de tren-Disneyland. Llegue el día de salida con el tiempo justo para ir por las maletas y una furgoneta de pasajeros de la misma compañia que los autobuses me llevó al hotel y luego me dejó otra vez donde salía el autobus para el aeropuerto. Además el conductor fue muy amable. - la limp

Esta muy proximo a Disneyland y el servicio de autobus cada cuarto de hora va genial. Te deja justo delante de la puerta del parque - el hotel es precioso, esta ambientado de tema "circo", es perfecto para ir con niños

empleados muy educados, desayuno buenisimo, la limpieza y confort de la habitación nos gusto mucho, piscina temperada con el frio, fantastica - El emplazamiento, lugar tranquilo y la insonoridad de las habitaciones.

We were very impressed by the villa we rented; it was like three individual hotel rooms combined into a house with a very spaceous living room and kitchen.
Pre-arrival communication was great, and the staff was very helpful prior our arrival, proposing additional cots as well as high-chairs for the children.

One of the best hotels I stayed in Paris (although 50 km away) it is
close to Val d' Europe Shopping outlet also close to Disney Land and
Train station. Complete Kitchen and washing machine/dryer. Backside
garden. We enjoyed staying in this 2bed townhouse. Good comfort level
compared with small rooms in Paris city centre.
