La ubicación del hotel - The hotel is within 5 minutes walk of two metro stops, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very nice. We stayed at only budget hotels throughout our vacation in Europe and this was one of the nicer ones. - Location and friendly staff.

Algunas personas hablaban castellano perfectamente. El desayuno (en mi caso incluido) consistía en café o té, más zumo de naranja (te dejaban la jarra), más una cesta con media baguette, pan tostado, bizcocho y croissant. El hotel estaba muy bien, en la habitación, habia una tele de plasma, una caja fuerte, minibar con todo a 3 euros, y la cama era enorme y confortable. El baño y la habitación siempre estaban limpios, y no te molestaban si querias dormir hasta tarde.Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables, sobretodo el de por el día, te responden a todas las preguntas

The hotel was nice and clean, rooms are small but offer everything you need when you're on a citytrip. Location is good, 2m walk from metro and close to pere lachaise cemetry. We did not use breakfast facilities since you can have breakfast at all bistro's in Paris for a reasonable price. The underground park-space is also a plus, your car is safe troughout your stay.

Very welcoming and willing to accommodate a group of 14 high school students and two teachers. We arrived late morning and we were able to leave our cases in our rooms even though they had not been completely prepared at that time. The beds were very comfortable with crisp white linens.

Un servicio muy bueno, con una optima relacion calidad/precio. El personal fue muy amable y predispuesto ante cualquier inquietud. Muy cercano a la estacion de metro, por lo que resulto muy comodo para visitar la ciudad. - Que si incluia desayuno, y era bastante apañado con todo el suelo de moqueta.

I could not fault this hotel. It was great value for Paris. It's not luxury, but it had everything I needed. The water was always hot. The room was well heated. Everything was spotlessly clean. Excellent location - 5 minute walk to the Metro and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. The staff were helpful and pleasant. -
