En cuanto a la ubicación, tenía entendido que el barrio podía ser algo conflictivo, sobre todo de noche, pero la verdad es que no he tenido ningún tipo de problema, al contrario, resulta muy pintoresco. For the price offered it's a great place to stay in Paris. Service is generally ok, although the personnel could be more friendly, but they are quite ok for Parisian staff. The main reason to stay there except the price is the location - a stone's throw from Sacre Coer. -

Vintage is quite close to Gare du Nord Train Station, only need to walk 10-15 mins.The staff was extremely busy but they were friendly and helpful. Vintage is clean and the breakfast is very good. The location is fantastic. I flew into CDG, caught the train to gar de nord and then the hostel is a very short walk up rue de dunkerque. Then further up the street is the pigalle and sacre couer just above that.
Breakfast was good, plus there are supermarkets on the same street and you can cook your own food at the hostel. Wifi is free, staff are friendly.
If you're prepared to accept that it's a budget option and don't expect the ritz it's a great choice. I fully intend to return.

We stayed at Riviera for 3 nights, I have to say the Staff of the hotel were really friendly and helping. The hotel had internet for free in loby, and also at nights when we want to drink tea, they borrowed us their kettle. They also helped us about sightseeing.

1. Location - we had a window with a completely amazing view on Sacré-
Cœur. Close to a couple of metro station.
2. Excellent staff - helpful, friendly, English-speaking. When we had to leave earlier, the receptionist himself served us breakfast with just-from-the-bakery croissants and baguettes.
3. Public kitchen is a good thing.
4. Rather nice facilities for the money, good beds, nice breakfast.

This was an amazingly beautiful hotel - exceptionally clean and the theme was SO much fun. Love hearts everywhere, purple and red decor... It felt really special. The staff were wonderful and I was thrilled with our room. It was cozy and very comfortable but also fun and exciting.
The breakfast was very very good for such a small hotel and the location was fabulous, right under Sacre Coeur and the art district.
