One word: perfect. It's a 500 year old house with beautiful construction in a lovely environment. In the middle of the Alsace / Elzas wine area. The village Riquewihr is beautiful and pittoresque. We liked the very comfortable self-contained facilities, the friendly welcome from the owners, the peace and quiet overlooking fields of vines, and the short walk to the village & restaurants. Warm and cozy room with a wonderful host. The room overlooks the couples beautiful vineyard where they will also serve you breakfast. Within walking distance of two small villages with tons of restaurants and shopping yet this house is in a very quiet and peaceful area.
