The room was spacious and very nicely decorated, but had 2 floors, with
many stairs in between. The baby cot had actually no mattress, which was
a shame. Reception staff ladies were very nice pleasant and
professional, but the night receptionists (2 men) were almost rude when
we'd asked for extra towels. Breakfast was poor, with very few

We went for a weekend trip at Disneyland with some friends the hotel was quite close to Disneyland 3-5 min trip with the car. The hotel was super it has all the facilities for a 4 star hotel and very clean. The staff where not so good English speakers but they tried their best so nothing to comment. Breakfast its ok for France so its worth it. They have a very good equipped gym, a nice SPA and the parking was free. You have a good equipped kitchen in every room ! A pleasant and a clean hotel.

Lo cerca que esta a la estacion de tren (rer) el centro comercial val d'europe, y lo cerca a Disneyland a solo 1 estacion de tren y bus delparque que pasa por la puerta del hotel, las habitaciones comodas bañosamplios, la atencion de los empleados - El apartamento y sus alrededores ya que tiene un centro comercial, restaurantes, sitios donde salir

I read a lot of reviews about this hotel before booking. Some negatives
that stood out in the reviews I read was the poor customer service,
shuttle hours stopping at 11:30pm so guests were not making it in time
after the firework show at Disney, pool not being open, air
conditioning not working, and the self-catering kitchen only having

The hotel is a good place to stay if you plan to visit Disneyland. Not
too bad if you want to visit Paris, as the metro takes 40 minutes (week
pass is advised). The additional sofa bed was very cozy and comfortable
(my daughter loved it) and the full-wall windows (and the curtains) gave
the room a very good look. The separation between main bedroom and the
rest of the room was very ideal for couples with young children. The
breakfast was good (not lavish, but good). The hotel almost had all

Situated in a beautiful area with a fabulous shopping centre with hundreds of shops and lovely restaurants within walking distance. Children loved swiimming pool which was cleaned daily. El hotel esta muy cerca de Disneyland Paris y ademas ofrece una navette gratuita para ir al parque. Las habitaciones son grandes y el hotel es espacioso. Es muy recomendable. - Su trato afable y el hecho de que al estar asociado con Disneyland Resort podíamos entrar 2 horas antes al parque. Varias personas del personal hablaban español.

The hotel was perfectly located for Disneyland Paris.
We are a family of 4 and found our stay very comfortable. The family suite was very well equipped and was very spacious.
There were ample car parking spaces, we actually had two cars with a lot of luggage and we were able to park our cars right under our room.

Stuff is very nice and helpful and willing to speak English! Room is very suitable and comfortable for young family like us! The main bed is very comfy and my wife and kids loved it! The kitchen is full of what you need to cook the dinner. Actually we saved some money by using that kitchen.The shuttle bus is convenient and is always on time. Overall, this hotel shows a well management and we got the value for what we paid for. It is very good hotel! We recoomend it to our friends for sure!

It's Ibis. Same standard everywhere. And that's something we
love. It's a budget hotel, and it's right outside the doors of
the train station of Val D'Europe: So no walking. And this train
station is only one station away form Disneyland Paris, so it's the
cheapest transportation and the fastest as well. -

Amplio, nuevo, excelente calidad/precio, frente a la salida del RER, a menos de 5 min de los parques Disney en RER, a una manzana del centro comercial donde hay un Alcampo. Todo según lo indicado - Cercano a Disney, muy bein comunicado. Apartamento nuevo, muy bien amueblado. Cercano a centro comercial.
