It has been in the hands of the same family ever since, though ownership is now being transferred to the staff, who are running it as a co-operative. The dining room has great views and features a triumphant hot drinks machine which strongly resembles a juke box, providing endless entertainment to bemused guests as it shakes and gurgles away merrily while preparing pretty good drinks.   The room was comfortable, very clean and well maintained. Golf et Montagne provided a relaxing base 10km or so out of Annecy on the lake circuit for a cycle event being held.
