The room was spacious and very nicely decorated, but had 2 floors, with
many stairs in between. The baby cot had actually no mattress, which was
a shame. Reception staff ladies were very nice pleasant and
professional, but the night receptionists (2 men) were almost rude when
we'd asked for extra towels. Breakfast was poor, with very few

We went for a weekend trip at Disneyland with some friends the hotel was quite close to Disneyland 3-5 min trip with the car. The hotel was super it has all the facilities for a 4 star hotel and very clean. The staff where not so good English speakers but they tried their best so nothing to comment. Breakfast its ok for France so its worth it. They have a very good equipped gym, a nice SPA and the parking was free. You have a good equipped kitchen in every room ! A pleasant and a clean hotel.

Las instalaciones y el servicio de autobuses hacia la estación de tren-Disneyland. Llegue el día de salida con el tiempo justo para ir por las maletas y una furgoneta de pasajeros de la misma compañia que los autobuses me llevó al hotel y luego me dejó otra vez donde salía el autobus para el aeropuerto. The hotel was perfectly located for Disneyland Paris.
We are a family of 4 and found our stay very comfortable. The family suite was very well equipped and was very spacious.
There were ample car parking spaces, we actually had two cars with a lot of luggage and we were able to park our cars right under our room.

Stuff is very nice and helpful and willing to speak English! Room is very suitable and comfortable for young family like us! The main bed is very comfy and my wife and kids loved it! The kitchen is full of what you need to cook the dinner. Actually we saved some money by using that kitchen.The shuttle bus is convenient and is always on time. Overall, this hotel shows a well management and we got the value for what we paid for. It is very good hotel! We recoomend it to our friends for sure!

Esta muy proximo a Disneyland y el servicio de autobus cada cuarto de hora va genial. Te deja justo delante de la puerta del parque - el hotel es precioso, esta ambientado de tema "circo", es perfecto para ir con niños

Todo según lo indicado - Cercano a Disney, muy bein comunicado. Apartamento nuevo, muy bien amueblado. Cercano a centro comercial.

La habitación era bonita y confortable, la cocina cómoda y bien equipada, y los empleados muy amables. El servicio de autobús a la estación y a Disneyland - What we saw on the pictures is what we got, it even exceeded our expectations, the staff at the reception were extremely helpful, the shuttle to and from Disney and Val D'europe were available,

The staff were extremely nice, very helpfull and accomodating and although there was a bit of a language barrier they were very patient and attentive.
