Staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. We were able to keep our bags locked at reception after check in. Carcassonne is a great little town enjoyed walking around everything is close by and restaurants all have free wifi hotel also gave free wifi. Location, helpful staff, fantstic air conditioning in my room ( but not
all rooms have this available apparently). 1 block away at the park is a
bus for 1 euroor the petite train for 3 euros to take one to the castle.
Bnp ( Bank of america bank about 3 or 4 blocks away). The hotel is 1
block from the train station right across the canal and my room was
nicely quiet.

Visited in May by car. The reception staff was genuinely warm and helpful. Request a room with a view of Carcassonne. At night the fortress is bathed in soft light. Ignore the parking lot of the empty mall below and focus instead on the sunset to the right of the chateau. On our May night, the sky became more glorious every 10 minutes for a good

Fantastic room, very clean, very large, peaceful and quiet and with excellent bed. Wonderful facilities and great restaurant. Great parking. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Tea and coffee facilities in room - exceptional quality. Modern hotel and great value for money!

Easy to find, superb reception staff who are multi lingual. Secure parking and proximity to retail and service facilities. Direct access onto motorway, just so easy and efficient for the traveller or visitor.

perfecto como hotel de ruta. Cama muy comoda - nos gustó mucho la habitacion, el hotel a primera vista da un poco de miedo por la zona en la que está, sólo es posible el acceso en coche y cuesta un pokitin encontrarlo pero está genial. las chicas d la recepción muy amables.
