Stayed here for four nights. Location was excellent. 2 minutes walk to the front with a good choice of restaurants.

Staff and the owner were polite, friendly, helpful and arranged airport transfer. -

El dueño del hotel es muy agradable y atento.
A destacar la limpieza de todo el complejo.
La piscina, aunque no es muy grande, es más que suficiente y está muy bien cuidada. El agua super limpia y con la cantidad de cloro adecuada (no es como otras donde notas que te quema).
Los jardines muy bonitos y cuidados.

We stayed here for a week in June 2013. Pretty good location, you can
walk to the beach in 5 minutes (across the garden gate). La Croisette is
a 15 minute walk along the beach, or you could take a bus (the bus
stop's 100 meters from the front entrance). The apartment was neat
and clean, the kitchenette had the necessary stuff.
The owners are very nice people; we had forgotten our beach umbrella, he lent us one for the week.

out a map of the area and pointed out all the main areas which we found
extremely useful.
The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. Had a lovely balcony view.
The location was perfect. Right across the road from the beach and a 15-20minute walk into the city. There are also a number of buses to take you to your destination.

Loved the space, very large and amazing decor. Enough room for our family of four to spread out and enjoy. A pleasant, modern, functional hotel with good restaurant in pleasant grounds by the river. Usually travel in more luxurious hotels and was a great wake-up call! We absolutely loveed it all! Might need a bit of refreshment and better breakfast but all other advantages largely cover for it! Highly recommended

Location and overall, the place is beutiful with little boats and channels. Ducks are waking you up in the morning and during the night silence is almost unbelievable (for us from big cities). Studios are small, but well equped and organized. -

Nice apartment. No reception, thus pre-agree your arrival/ departure time. Little old-fashioned, but fully equipped kitchen. You shall need only 15 min if you ride the bicycles to the city center. -
Cheap place with seaside location. Private carpark included. Two bicycles were included.

Sensational service from the minute we arrived. Oliver and his team are very professional, helpful and offer tremendous value.
On-site parking is availalbe for a small fee (and presents a fun challenge getting down the driveway!).
