It is a beautiful old building and has a wonderful outside patio for meals and/or drinks. Terrific breakfast, probably the best ever in our Europe travels. Spacious room and the largest bath room I've seen in Europe. Near a small town, easy to locate, quiet. We arrived very late and dinner service was over but they served us a delicious dessert.
todo comentarios The hotel is comfortable, renovated rooms ,hospitable and good facilities. Set in beautiful gardens and surrounds. The owners are friendly and helpful. The secluded semi-rural setting. The family-run atmosphere. The cuisine. Very unique and eccentric (in a good way). It is in France. It is in the South of France. It is in the South of France in Provence. The hotel itself is very quaint, from a by gone era ... we like the atmosphere ... but ... The restaurant was good. My wife's dish looked great. The staff had limited english and so were not very helpful with suggestions for driving directions or places to visit. Might be better if you speak french. Nothing. Refrigerator didn't work and they didn't fix it or offer to swap it out for us. Best if you know how to speak French. The mattress was old. Sagged to middle. It is France but when your located in the south of France in 95 degree heat at 8pm, you should have invested in some kind of ac somewhere. Generally dated & working --- but not working right or as it should for 80e / nite ... the sagging mattress, the plugs, the shower controls, the clogged shower nozzle I fixed, the lights by the bed ... Mine didn't. The waiter couldn't explain what "Pieds et Paquets" means. He only said that it was one of the most subtle dishes of Provence cuisine. I told him to surprise me and he did. It appeared to be lambs feet and bundles of tripe. I tried but I couldn't get it down...
