We loved our stay at Hotel Saint James. It's very well located, in the centre of Biarritz. The facilities were clean and cosy. Clean room, friendly staff. Not situated in the centre of town but close
enough to walk although slightly hilly. Lovely quiet area and a two
minute walk to the surf beach where you can swim, although there are
many steps to go down and back up. Good breakfast - real value for money
@ 7€ each. -

Beautiful location with the friendliest of staff I've encountered in
a hotel in a long time. The design of the hotel was minimalist but
quirky. Jessie (the receptionist) found me alternative accomodation as I
arrived a day earlier than expected. She couldn't have been more
helpful. I was able to book in really early the next day. The bed was
ever so comfortable. All the staff spoke excellent english. A hotel I
would heartly recommend to any visitors to Biarritz.
