We were upgrad - This was our second trip to Clos St Vincent, and we returned because of the great time we had in July. It was actually a spur of the moment decision, due to an open weekend, and no plans. As it turned out, it was a great time to go, and we were fortunate there was a room, as it was the weekend of the Medieval Festival, and we got the only room left, a comfortable family room. We again brought our dogs, and enjoyed walking through the vinyards, now laden with bunches of nearly ripe grapes. Em

  The man at the reception was very helpful. The restaurant tables are beautifully laid giving one the charm of the vineyard atmosphere. The room has a little vintage touch on its furnishing that gives one the vineyard ambience. The bath/wc is clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is not too far from the highway. lt is an ideal location to start the Alsac winery route tour from this side of the mountain which - The staff were wonderful, our suite was a good size and really well appointed, the food (breakfast and dinner) was lovely and there was an excellent wine list. The hotel is situated in the heart of the Alsace Wine Route and very close to Haut Konigsbourg Castle. A lovely place to stay!
