A wonderful old, quirky hotel right in the middle of Bayeux literally a stone's throw from the tapestry museum and the cathedral with great restaurants, cafes and bars right on its doorstep. This was a perfect location for touring the Normandy area and D-Day beaches etc. This beautiful old chateau is located in the gorgeous countryside very close to the city of Bayeux so it's an easy trip to dinner, the train station, and other sights in the area.
