From the 18/12/2015 to the 17/04/2016 reception opening hours are : Monday to Thursday : 9.00 to 12.00 and 17.00 to 19.00 Friday: 9.00 to 12.00 and 16.00 to 20.00 Saturday : 8.00 to 20.00 Sunday : 8.00 to 12.00 and 16.00 to 20.00. Reception hours are subject to modifications. Please contact the residence before your arrival. Prices include: accommodation, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), bed linen, WiFi basic access (to 5 devices for navigate, reading e-mail and research), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), TV, all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax). For short stays (2 nights minimum), arrivals are possible from 14:00 and departures should be before 12:00 (subject to availability, they may be possible until 17:00). For every length of stay, beds can be made upon arrival at an extra cost per person. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested at an extra charge. The kit includes 1 cot, 1 baby bath, 1 pushchair and 1 high chair. Subject to availability. A guarantee deposit of EUR 200 per apartment will be charged on the day of arrival and should be paid by cheque or credit card. The city tax does not apply to children under 16 years old.
