The staff were highly attentive, especially Fernando, who I believe was the manager. He made us feel very special given it was a birthday trip. Extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful and well located, walking distance to the shops and Pope's palace. The rooms are huge by European standards and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again.

This was my second stay at La Mirande, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The staff is exceptional and very willing to help in any way. We used Avignon as our base to travel all around Provence and felt we were returning to a quiet home estate at the end of each day. Beautiful surroundings and the melodic ringing of bells is simply perfection.

The hotel is typical IBIS - not a bad thing, not a good thing, just a fact. Personell is very friendly and is doing a good job and make you feel pleasant. Location is also pretty good - right near the train station and 10 min walking to the very center of town. WiFi worked well. -

It was wonderful staying close to the center of city life and to be in a hotel that while not luxury, was predictable - there were no surprises in terms of cleanliness, efficience and professionalism.

Me ha sorprendido agradablemente que al contactar por teléfono antes de alojarnos, para ubicar el Hotel, la recepcionista supiera español. Camas bastante cómodas y facilidades para té y café en la habitación. - La habitación muy buena, nos pusieron cuna para el bebe desayunocorrecto - es necessario llevar coche para acceder al hotel
