  We enjoyed our stay thoroughly - in a suite on the top floor with a beautiful terrace with a view of the Palace of the Popes, where we had our welcome champagne in the afternoon sun and watched the night lights over the palace after dinner. He made us feel very special given it was a birthday trip. Extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful and well located, walking distance to the shops and Pope's palace. The rooms are huge by European standards and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again.

The regional train station is a very short walk. The room was very modern, clean and a good size. It was great watching the rowers go by and we found we were well situated to see the Pont Du Avignon and were close to the old city. Its moored just upstream of the famous bridge at Avignon, but is completely secluded with a pool, hammocks and recliners on deck which you can use during the day if you wish. Breakfasts are superb and taken on deck; the staff couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommended!
