The amazing owner. If you want to have a great, intimate experience and truly get to know a really nice lady, then choose this tucked away charmer of a B&B. We arrived tired after a very long drive. We had stopped at a store and had picnic provisions to enjoy in the garden. The lady of the house not only supplied ice to chill our wine, but she brought out plates and cutlery for our picnic. We lounged on the back terrace in the most comfortable chairs for three hours, so nice after two weeks

We loved the marvellous staff who were fun and very helpful. The hotel was attractive and stylishly decorated and the room was charming. There is a delightful garden area and the meals at the restaurant were exceptional as was obvious from the locals who also were dining there. We had such a good time and would love to go back.

The hosts were absolutely fabulous. We arrived late in the afternoon & Francoise and Bernard were so gracious...a good start. A talk about the region showed they knew and cared about what guests want. Breakfast was superb with ample everything. Couldn't recommend it enough. We found staying at les Hauts Amboise more than comfortable and welcoming . It was well located to visit the Loire Valley with its many wonderful chateaus and outstanding gardens.
Amboise is great to eat and meet people and relax after a busy sight seeing.
