  The Hilton Ramses staff were friendly welcoming and helpful. Great location near the river Nile. The Hotel is very close to the famous Cairo Museum too and you must visit. In fact more violence erupted there only 2 days after I left. However the staff did not let this affect their professional & efficient performance. They made me very welcome & comfortable & the service was very good. I would recommend this hotel.
