The staff are wonderful, first it was a super easy check in process unlike other hotels, we were there for my wive's birthday, the staff helped me to put together a surprise room decoration, candles and roses and balloons, a cake, a bottle of sparkling wine and all for less than 100 $.

I loved this hotel!!! The staff was awesome and I'd highly recommend booking your tours through the hotel. My tour guide was Mina and my driver was Ahmad. Mina is very knowledgable and Ahmad was a SUPERB driver!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND. Mahmoud (gold room/floor concierge) helped booked the tour and he too made my stay GREAT! I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. When I return to Cairo I will definitely be staying here!

still unstable. In fact more violence erupted there only 2 days after I
left. However the staff did not let this affect their professional &
efficient performance. They made me very welcome & comfortable &

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect; close to Airport, and easy to access the city with out going through the heavy traffic jams. Room size is comfortable and well furnished.

It is safe and not necessary to pay in advance for a tour guide. I was lucky to be the first guest at the hotel one day before the official opening. Very friendly staff, great location within terminal 3 of the airport. Was great for my purpose (one day business in Cairo). Overall, very trendy , yet simple, furniture. I liked many fine touches they had inside the room. Certainly recommended.
