This is a beautiful hotel and the location is excellent. Hotel staff are friendly and kind. The beds are so comfortable and I loved the Geismars duvet. -
The style and ambience was superb. Staff obviously enjoy working there which is very unusual ! Food fantastic! Would recommend to everyone!

Very modern.
Good to know that you don't have to queue for check in and check out.
There is no reception, they send you the entry code 48 hours before checking in.
I stayed for 5 days amd I did not had any problems so I can't really comment how does the hotel responds to problems.

You know what you'll get with Omena. Standard setup but various size and location of rooms. some are small with thin walls in an older part of the hotel and some are spacious and more privat. but all of them have the same items. They are all clean and with the basic necessity for a short stay. Excellent location, good beds, internet connection, microwave, water heater and instant coffe :)

The hotel was wonderful, the staff were so friendly and the location was fab being just minutes from the main train station. Don't be put off by claims of an unscrupulous neighborhood.. even the least wholesome looking locals were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit this beautiful city! -

We spent 2 nights here. The location is comfortable, about 5 minutes by feet from Central railway station. The room was cosy with low noise. Friendly staff was always ready to give an advise for sightseeing nearby. They even provided us with city map, free of charge. Thank you!

The staff were very accommodating with our arrival and even took us into to Tivoli Gardens for free.
The apartment was clean, warm and secure and the beds were comfortable, what more could you want. Good kitchenette with a large fridge and dishwasher.
Close to Central station, Tivoli, tours and shops. Location was excellent. -

Im into location so i find the hostel very convenient as it is near the central terminal, which direct us to the airport. The room is neat but be careful with your window as it is accesible outside and might get in to rob you, always close when you are sleep and outside. Love the breakfast but a bit bland. More choices would be good. -

I stayed in this hotel for a week with my wife and enjoyed it. The location is great, near the Tivoli Garden, central metro station, city center and many attractions and shopping centers. The staff were very friendly and there is a guest kitchen in first floor where you can find tea, coffee, dishes, macrowave, coffee maker... And you can use these for free. We changed 5 hotel in Cph, but really felt good at this hotel. The price is low and it has big rooms in compare of other hotels we stayed.
