Absolutely amazing. We have stayed in the city before but not anywhere
as comfortable as this hotel. We arrived after the desk had closed but
were greeted by the restaurant staff. One of the waiters helped carry
our bags up the side entrance to our room. Beautiful, spacious room with

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel Promenada. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help, the hotel restaurant had delicious food and great service. This hotel is located right across the street from the main springs buidling, and on the main city street, a few yards walk to many restaurants, shops and other city attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get the most from their Karlovy Vary experience.

The location of the pension is fine, if you like a quiet location: approximately 20 minutes walk from the centre of town, but only +/- 500 metres from the forest where you can have nice walks. I liked the overall atmosphere of the city. It is a place to go and
relax away from the city life while still having conveniences of the
city. It has a nice indoor and outdoor pool and the prices for
everything are reasonable compared to other parts of the czech republic.
The aquaform in Frantiskovy Lazne is highlight no one should miss.
