It is a good example of a successful family business. My wife and me stayed there during 3 weeks, every day was a real pleasure. We are elderly people (of 73 and 76) and, of course, we have good deal of personal problems typical for such age. When something of these problems arose we were generously helped by the penzion stuff. But the majority of the guests were much younger! The hotel is situated in the old historical building, but the most important is that there's historical atmosphere and decoration throughout inside the hotel too: in the lobby, restaurant, halls, and the rooms. Even furniture in our room was all antique or so, but in very good condition. Interiors are amazing! Hotel location is also perfect right in the middle of the old town. Good espresso for breakfast.

Everything! Location on the river with superb view of the castle. Room was huge with 2 beds ( one king and one twin) and couch and 2 chairs, vanity, and armoire. Faux Louis XIV style. Huge breakfast included served on the terrace overlooking the river. Staff had it waiting every morning. Cannot say enough about the helpful and friendly staff. We loved this Pension Hotel Belarie!
