Very attentive and helpful staff. Promptly responded via my questions on email. Upon arriving, they can arrange the pick-up and drop-off at the airport. The hotel is a perfect stay away from the city busy life, its only 30 min away from city center by bus and metro. Relaxed and peaceful surroundings with a Dendrological Nature Park where you have a free visit ticket from the hotel. Many good options for lunch/dinner, either at the hotel's restaurant but also around.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and they spoke english, which made everything easier. The room was big enough for the 4 of us, and was very clean. The food at the restaruant was good. We felt very safe and comfortable at the hotel. Only 3km drive from the metro station, which took us right into Prague, or within walking distance of a bus stop
