I got upgraded when I arrived.
This is a great hotel.
The staff is great and very professional (was called on my name).
To go from the fittness to the hotel, there is tunnel.
At the restaurant the staff is nice and very helpful and look to serve you the best they can (manage to get a dish that was not on the menu). -

Wonderful location, right downtown with a parking garage basically attached to the hotel. Great breakfast with eggs made to order. The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Would stay their again. -

Friendly helpful staff. Furnishings and fittings all top quality. Bathroom had a footstool, most helpful for elderly travellers. Lift. Buffet breakfast good quality and range, with excellent machine espresso coffee. Easily located free parking outside the front of the hotel. Close to the main Square. -
