Location of the hotel is amazing, you are in the center of everything and a cozy place to stay. I think it's not a good idea to stay at this hotel in summer because there is no AC and to open the windows it is not a good solution as the hotel is located in a very busy area and the noises coming from everywhere, so it will be impossible to sleep. The owners of the hotel have restored the ancient building of 16th century very accurately. But despite the attention and care of old times, the traveller feels very comfortable in the hotel. Every detail is convenient. The hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, it is quite place in the centre of Old Town.

- Well furnished apartment (wide screen TV, couch, Laptop in room, strong WIFI, a big bed per person).

- Bathroom is spacious, has a washing machine, hair dryer, soaps/shampoos etc. Warm water always available.

Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.

The apartment we rented was very roomy. We were quite thrilled with it. The living room furniture was a little worn, but still in good condition. The proprietors were very attentive to our needs, friendly and helpful. We had almost everything we needed at our disposal, allowing us to relax and explore Prague.

Very friendly, helpful staff. We had a very large room with old and charming furniture/bed.

Apartment was great, however we were expecting to stay at the property in Old Town, but due to tech issue we stayed in property 15-20 min walk from Old Town. We would have much preferred Old Town for the convenience factor.

Fantastic family appartment. Huge space with the best views from the dining room window, was like being in a fairy tale. Breakfast was great and in a fantastic location and the breakfast staff were very lovely. Perfect walking distance to everything, Castle, theatre, restaurants, shopping.

This was a gem of a find - very close to the old town without being caught up in the tourist trap necessarily. Being secluded on a quiet square with a view of the Tyn Church, the nights were very peaceful and the beds were the largest I've ever seen (exceptionally comfy as well).The bathroom had a large shower and bath as well as heated floors - which was a pleasant surprise on a cold autumn morning. Breakfast was a good standard of a continental style breakfast. Hotel also offers help setting

The location is excellent, apartment 2a and 2b are comfortable and lovely enough but I wouldn't take the share bathroom apartment.
The wood inlay ceiling in 2a is beautiful. A feel good place and the bakery down stairs is very handy.
