  El personal me ha parecido eficiente y atento - I like breakfast . There are plenty of fruits and vegetable . Some staffs are so nice and helpful . The location is OK for me. - The bed in our superior room was very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent and the temperature was always warm and pleasant.

Very friendly and attentive stuff, special thanks to Ksenia at the reception desk (also speaks Russian) who arranged for us city tour excursion, tram tickets, money change. Great delicious breakfast. Apart words worth about sauna and spa, was excellent to rel - We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme
