  The location can hardly be better with the Old Town, Charles Bridge, and Mala Strana all within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful and the garage, while a bit expensive, is a must for this part of town if one is driving into Prague.   Close to everything. We had our own balcony, wich was great because we had one smoker among us, and the weather was wonderful while we were in Prague.:) - The receptionists are very nice; the situation of the appartment was very nice and on the city centre. There are very a lot of positive point ;-)

All basic facilities: kitchen, heating, shower (only liquid soup), towels, etc. Although it is not possible to check-in earlier than 2 p.m., but they have a room for luggage and it is possible to leave it there before check-in and after check-out if needed (in the restaurant nearby). Although there are no room service, as changing towels or cleaning - The Apartment Supervisor Karoline was very nice and friendly, we could leave the suitcases in the room the day of departure and we didn't have to pay any extra to use the room. The Icon Boutique hotel is for me an hotel which I could actually live in. I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We are not the easiest of people to deal with as we can all be demamding, but there was nothing too difficult for the staff there. Theresa especially was fantastic with us.
