The location can hardly be better with the Old Town, Charles Bridge, and Mala Strana all within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful and the garage, while a bit expensive, is a must for this part of town if one is driving into Prague. The Kings Court Hotel is a very welcoming hotel in the centre of Prague. It was impeccably clean and the staff are committed to their guests from Reception to the Catering staff. I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We are not the easiest of people to deal with as we can all be demamding, but there was nothing too difficult for the staff there. Theresa especially was fantastic with us.

Fantastic rooms. Great design. Very cool atmosphere. Great bathroom. Complimentary prosseco with breakfast. Those who commented on the lighting system being complicated may be a little technophobic. It was pretty simple and took no time at all to understand. This would rate as one of the best hotel experiences for us. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.

Fantastic family appartment. Huge space with the best views from the dining room window, was like being in a fairy tale. Breakfast was great and in a fantastic location and the breakfast staff were very lovely. Perfect walking distance to everything, Castle, theatre, restaurants, shopping.
