All staff were very friendly. Large comfortable and clean room. English overall are good. But remember english is their second language so they may need extra explaining.

Lovely experience from start to finish. Warm, caring staff who made us feel valued guests. Spectacular setting in a unique spa town. Many kilometres of walks available and the spa after for relaxation. Best Small Luxury Hotel experience we have had so far. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely perfect location, right in the centre in Karlovy Vary. Every single staff member we talked to was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel Promenada. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help, the hotel restaurant had delicious food and great service. This hotel is located right across the street from the main springs buidling, and on the main city street, a few yards walk to many restaurants, shops and other city attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get the most from their Karlovy Vary experience.

Beautiful location of the hotel, straight at the lake with the forest and lake views. Suite views are fantastic, bathroom is sooo spacious and cosy!
